Capvent was founded in 2000 and operates as a highly specialized institutional private equity fund and direct co-investor with both global and emerging Asia focused investment programs. Since inception, Capvent has evaluated more than 3,000 private equity funds globally and has invested over U.S.$1.25 billion in more than 105 private equity funds that incorporate various investment strategies including buyout, mezzanine, growth, venture, distressed and turnaround, secondary and co-investments.

Capvent Asia Consumtpion Fund is a $150MM fund that will invest directly in Emerging Asia Private Companies focused on consumer-orieted sectors that drive long term economic development and improve local standards of living in the targeted emerging economies. - we generally invest equity of between $5MM - $10MM;
- these companies will generally have annual revenues of $10MM - $100MM;
- we will invest in both minority or majority shareholdings;
