Alice is a Managing Director of Squadron Capital. Squadron Capital is a member of Search Investment Group. Search Investment Group is the private investment company of Robert W Miller, a founding shareholder in DFS, the world’s leading retailer to the traveling public, which is now co-owned with LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton of France.

Alice joined Search Investment Group in 2002, left in late 2004 to assist the chairman of a public-listed company in Hong Kong set up his private investment office, and rejoined the Group in early 2006. Previously, she was with QED Global Limited, a Hong Kong-based technology and media ventures company, which she joined following work as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, the international business strategy consulting firm, in New York. Alice started her career in cardiovascular research with Genentech, Inc.

She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Molecular Biology from the University of California at Berkeley, where she was Phi Beta Kappa. She speaks Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
