Eric Xin is the Managing Director of CITIC Capital Partners Management Limited. CITIC Capital is the subsidiary of CITIC Group, responsible for overseas investments. Founded in 2002, now the investments in Asset Management, Real Estate investment area has over USD 1 billion, is one of the leading investment company in China.

Eric has 10 years of experience in management consulting and direct investment. Prior to joining CITIC, he was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Shanghai and Washington, DC, focusing on helping Japanese and U.S. multinationals set up factories and source from China. Prior to joining McKinsey, Eirc was a Deputy General Manager of the investment management department of China Leasing, China’s largest leasing company and an affiliate of CITIC Group.

He received an MBA from Harvard Business School, with Honors, and earned a Bachelor in Economics, with Honors, from Beijing University.
