Greg is currently a partner of NewMargin Ventures, one of the most established domestic VC firms in China, in charge of broader IT related investments.

He has over 15 years of venture investment, executive management and consulting experience in the broader IT and other industries, both in China and the U.S. Prior to NewMargin, he was a Group Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Cadence, the #1 EDA software company in the world and a Fortune 500 company, where he was in charge of business development efforts in Greater China. Prior to Cadence, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent six years advising high-tech and financial services companies based in the U.S. and Asia on a wide array of business and financial strategy issues, ranging from venture financing, IPO, mergers and acquisition, business reorganization to global expansion.

He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, Master of Accountancy degree from Missouri State University and BSEE from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
