Yigal has over 25 years of operational experience in the software industry. He co-founded Neurone Ventures II, in 2000, which later became PNV. Over the last seven years, he has served as board member of 10 private and two public companies traded in NASDAQ.

From 1995 to 1999 he served as the Executive Vice President of Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TCNO, later acquired by UGS), prior to that he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the company. During these years Yigal led seven software company acquisitions for Tecnomatix, this drove the transformation of Tecnomatix from a single product single market company, into a multi product multi market company selling to the automotive, electronics, aerospace, and heavy engineering industries. In the Mid 90’s he was instrumental in three rounds of NASDAQ financing at Tecnomatix (initial public offering (“IPO”), then secondary offerings as well as convertible debenture round). Yigal’s time at Tecnomatix in Israel followed his return to Israel after seven years of leading companies and living in Europe.

Yigal holds a B.Sc and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Prior to this period, he served many years as a combat pilot in the IAF.
